Smith?

You have met Fred and I think I talked about his brother Frank. Well their cousin Smith came for a visit. I found him by the plug for our TV in my bedroom when I went to plug in the fan. Charles was home for this one and helped me take him out to the sidewalk to kill him. At first Charles didn't believe me that we had another visitor. This alacran is the biggest I have seen here. FUN!!

Summer Water Party

While they were out of school for the two weeks, the kids decided to have a water game. They dunked the bat and ball in water. Marissa and Rachel set up the field. You had to hit the ball then slide down the slide, stand in the sprinkler for five seconds, walk through buckets of water, touch the wall and then come back the other way before the others could hit you with the wet ball. Emmalee's job was to dump buckets of water on everyone. Zachary was content to sit in a bucket of water with a wet towel over his head. Fun Day.

Last Friday of Spring Break

We took the kids to a pool on the last Friday of Spring Break. While we were their Charles was called and told he needed to go to Detroit on Monday. So I had to take him home so he could go to work and get what he needed to go to Detroit.

Because Charles had left it put me in charge of the picture taking. So I only took three pictures. I am so bad at remembering to take pictures. The kids did have a lot of fun. Emmalee got grumpy cause she was hungry. I took that picture of her while she was asking for some food. Can't you just hear the whiny sound she was making just from her look?

They were able to swim with friends that came to the pool. It was a fun sunny day that left our cheeks rosy.
